Zondervan Atlas of The Bible By Carl G. Rasmussen

January 13, 2012

The 2010 updated Biblical Atlas by Gary G. Rasmussen is a treasure. It takes advantage of advances in multidimensional maps and over 100 never before published photographs. The font size is also large enough to be read comfortably. There is an intuitive feel to the work that facilitates clear understanding. A great example is page 19 and the comparative size chart of middle east countries relative to U.S.states. The combined dictionary/index is a very helpful feature. Every serious student of the Bible needs a good Atlas this in my opinion is the best available!
